Thought Leadership & Advisory
Applying a coach approach, I dialogue with leaders to clarify the problems they face, understand their current circumstances, and define the future goals they are looking to attain. This process is iterative and can include feedback from other stakeholders, collecting evidence of current policies, processes, and structures, and getting clear on what the priorities need to be for moving forward with success. The results are mapped out visually with comprehensive evidence of where the organization is and where it wants to be, and a roadmap overview of how to get there. Subsequent services are available to execute a tactical plan.

It’s not uncommon for business objectives to develop a life of their own and for scope to expand exponentially. I begin with a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder needs and priorities, including their collective feedback, and I balance it with defined parameters and alignment with additional corporate objectives. The outcomes include clearly defined priorities and understanding what it takes to achieve those goals. The inclusivity creates engagement and commitment to apply the next steps for action.
Transformation Programming Design

My extensive experience in understanding how to solicit the engagement of diverse participants, mitigate the behaviour of resistors and drive forward objectives with the masses is exceptional. The ultimate measure of success is how well the strategy and design is adopted by various stakeholder groups; the mastery of my skills pushes objectives over the finish line.
Facilitation
Moving from a place of being stuck is a common need in our ever-complex and volatile world. A neutral third party is very helpful in supporting the equitable engagement of leaders, listening and soliciting all perspectives and identifying salient themes.
