Strategic Planning
Building shared priorities, clarifying leadership vision, and defining actionable, agile pathways to success. The need to respond quickly has created scope creep and extra work that’s not necessarily focused on top priorities. People are feeling overwhelmed and don’t see how their daily progress connects to a bigger plan, yet there’s a desire to refocus. New technologies, human resource turbulence and a desire to better meet client and customer needs creates added pressure.
Change & Transformation Management
Designing tailored roadmaps to change that prioritizes user adoption and includes feedback loops for adaptability. A bold new future has been decided and committed to, but it will require significant disruption and a new way of doing things from people in their daily job functions. Previous experience with making big changes were turbulent, and resulted in mistrust which still exists. It is necessary to bring people on board and engage fully, but there is uncertainty in how to do it successfully; equally, there is pressure to get to the end goal as quickly as possible.
