‘Baka’ was what I called my grandmother, the most influential and impactful leader and teacher I’ve experienced. Her visionary understanding of the world resulted in the social and economic transformation for her family, as well as the students she taught; the ripple effects are evident generations later. Baka taught me to set high expectations and supported the conditions to meet them successfully. This ethos shaped the foundation of my career and continues to fuel my purpose.

Throughout my years in various leadership and consulting roles, I have always focused on getting the most out of people. I continually strive to apply approaches that maximize their strengths, while building skills in opportunities. From consultation and strategy to implementation design and facilitation, I have over 20 years of diverse experience in exceeding expectations with clients and teams.
